The winners will be announced at a public panel discussion at the Jefferson School.
Winners will also be emailed following the public announcement.

Entries will not be mailed back. They may be picked up the week following the panel discussion.
Any posters that are not picked up after this time will be disposed of.

All posters must be 30″ x 40″ (Portrait orientation)

No, the poster can be on any type of paper that meets the size requirements.

No, please do not mount your poster.

Yes, please feel free to roll your poster to make mailing easier.

Please do not fold your poster.

1 poster per registration will be accepted.

Only one poster per registration is permitted. Participants are entitled to register multiple times if they wish to participate in the competition with several proposals.

No, Competition entries will be evaluated anonymously. The registration type is only revealed upon the announcement of the results.
